Diabetes Coaching: We have provided education and coaching for clients with diabetes mellitus for 35 years. There are four main types of diabetes: Type 1, Type 2, Gestational, and prediabetes. Around 90% to 95% of people diagnosed with Type 2. Around 5% to 10% of people diagnosis with Type 1. It is estimated at present that 537 million adults across the world have diabetes.

Nutritional Coaching: Is the proper taking in and use of food and other nourishing material by the body. There are more than 40 different kinds of nutrients in food, and they can generally be classified into 7 major groups: carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber, and water. Although each nutrient performs different functions in our body, they all work together and contribute to our good health. Even people without diabetes need to do a better job of managing their diets.

Well-being: (synonymous with welfare and wellness) It is a positive outcome that is meaningful for people and for many sectors of society, because it tells us that people perceive that their lives are going well. There are 5 main aspects of personal health: physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellect. In order to be considered “well” it is imperative for none of these areas be neglected. Some experts teach that there are 5 elements of well-being: physical, financial, community, career, and social.

Weight Loss Coaching: There is a tremendous amount of people that need to lose weight in order for any wellness to occur. They need coaching of what and how much to do.

Daily Exercise Coaching: In today’s society many people are not “required” to move much. They require coaching to make the body utilize muscles, nutrition, and water to go to the proper places in the body to maintain a healthy status.
